Registration - 2017 Conference

Conference registration consists of two parts.

First, please fill out and submit your registration form online.

Second,  then make an online payment by credit card OR PayPal;
After submitting your name and email address in this form, select your Registration Categories and/or Donation, click “Add to Cart,” then scroll down to click “Checkout.”

Registration includes access to all conference sessions, evening concerts,

as well as the chartered bus rides, a boxed lunch, and the group dinner on Saturday.

Registration fees are:

Students/Associate Members, $190;

Students/Associate Non-Members, $240;

Members, $275; Non-Members, $350.

Saturday dinner ticket for accompanying guest: $30.
